Rise and shine, Depot residents! In the great words of Green Day, wake me up when September ends. With that being said, say hello to pumpkins, football, warm sweatshirts, colorful falling leaves, and apple cider — hello, FALL! If that doesn’t excite you guys, wait until you hear about some of our amazing (and festive) events we have planned for this month.   Maintenance Tips As always, The Depot maintenance team is here to assist you both during and after office hours in the case of an emergency. Here are a few friendly tips from maintenance: • Light bulbs — If you notice broken light bulbs throughout your community, please visit or contact our office at 234-738-0080. • Property destruction — Please be respectful of your community. If you see or hear about any foul play/vandalism in your community, don’t hesitate to let us know. All reports will remain anonymous.   Reminders & Updates • Rent is due by the 1st of every month. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your rent/account, please contact the leasing office at 234-738-0080. • We’ll be closely monitoring the community parking garage. Please keep in mind: o All vehicles must have a Depot sticker in the windshield. If you have parking on your account but no sticker, please contact the leasing office immediately. o Expired Depot stickers from last year will result in towing. o Guests of residents must have a guest pass in the windshield of their car. Goodbye summer, hello autumn! September is the time when the weather is simply amazing, and nature quickly transforms into a beautiful bliss. Speaking of bliss, we’d like to welcome all of our new residents to The Depot! In case you haven’t heard, The Depot is under new management — that means there will be a ton of positive changes happening in our community. Furthermore, this is going to be an exciting year filled with many new friendships, fun events, and so much more!     Maintenance Tips Similar to management, The Depot also has a new maintenance team! It’s very common for small household fixes (door latches, ice maker, etc.) to occur this time of year, and our maintenance team will be more than happy to assist in any way you need. To help make the process easier for everyone, we ask that our residents fill out a service request online through your resident portal at www.depotatakron.com. Hover over the Residents tab and select “Maintenance Request” — it’s that simple! Keep in mind that all requests are fulfilled based on order and severity. The Depot also offers on-call maintenance for after-hours emergencies (overflowing toilet/tub, pipe burst, etc.).
